February is almost done, but we have one extra day this year, it's Leap Year.  Then we leap into March and comes St. Patricks Day, one of our fun holidays.  Lots of  beautiful new green flowers on the market.  Green Balls are one of my favorites and last for over two weeks.  Let's see, we have green buttons, ranunculus, hydrangia, spiders, bells of ireland, carnations, trichillium, roses, anthuriums, plus of course greenery, which is green.  St. Patricks Day was always my Moms Favorite.  She would always give green carnations to everyone on that day.  It was her trademark.  She is missed.  I hope each of you will stop in, grab a bunch of "green" for the holiday and take with your flowers, a little luck along your way.
